摘　　要：经济全球化的发展,极大冲击了我国城乡居住环境,如何应对出现的问题,应引起建筑师的思考。本文以江苏淮安市金凤梧桐华苑小区规划设计实践为例,说明建筑师在进行住区设计时应深入挖掘传统民居文化,创作出符合现代生活需要和审美的新中式住宅建筑。The development of economic globalization has greatly impacted the living environment of urban and rural areas,and how to deal with the problems,should be caused by architects.This paper in Huaian City,Jiangsu Jinfeng Indus Huayuan district planning design practice,for example,architects in residential district design should dig the traditional residential culture,create conforms to the needs of modern life and aesthetic of the new Chinese style residential buildings.
