锡兰橄榄实生群体相关性状的分离与优良单株选育

摘　　要：对锡兰橄榄（Elaeocarpus serratus L.）实生群体相关性状的分离特征进行了观测分析,并对其进行优良单株选育.结果表明：锡兰橄榄的童期约为在5~6 y;实生群体植株叶片类型以相对较小为多,占72.5%,老化叶片后有橙红和橙黄,以橙红为主,占76.2%;群体的果实可溶性固形物质量分数与单果质量均表现出偏态分布,有趋低趋小的趋势;从实生群体中选育大果、丰产优质、富含黄酮的优良单株4株.The related separation characteristics of Elaeocarpus serratus L. seedlings were investigated and the superior individuals were selected through the method of preliminary individual plant selection.The results showed that juvenile period was about 5- 6 y. Types with smaller leaves in the seedlings were dominant（ 72. 5%）,and two leaf types with orange red and orange yellow were observed,but the former was dominant（ 76. 2%）. The fruit size and total soluble solids content were presented in skew distribution and tended to decline. 4 superior individuals with characteristics such as large fruit,high yield and rich flavonoids were selected.
