摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于石化企业安全即时奖励的信息系统,阐述了建设思路,并介绍了系统中的计算方法和功能设计框架。应用情况表明,该系统将石油化工企业的安全即时奖励工作纳入了一个科学、规范、透明和高效的运行流程,能够全面引导全员主动查隐患、找问题、消除薄弱环节,既提高了安全奖励的效率,也塑造了良好的安全氛围。A information system was introduced which was used to reward safety performance in petrochemi- cal enterprise. This paper describes the develop idea of the system, and introduces the calculate method and the design frame of functions. The practice of system suggests that it made the safety reward opera- tion in petrochemical enterprises into a scientific, standard, fair and efficient process. It can guide all the staff to look for hazard and week link actively which not only improve the efficiency of safety incen- tives, but also shaped tile good safety atmosphere for enterprises.
