摘　　要："十二五"时期,工伤保险制度体系不断完善,工伤保险法制化、规范化水平得到提高,工伤保险制度覆盖范围进一步扩大,基金保障能力大幅增强,待遇水平持续提高,为保障工伤职工合法权益、促进深化改革和经济发展、维护社会和谐稳定发挥了积极作用。During the ＂Twelfth Five-year＂ period, the industrial injury insurance system has being constantly improved, the level of legalization and standardization has been increased, the coverage has been further expanded, the funds supporting ability has been greatly enhanced, and the standard of treatment has been continuously improved. It has played a positive role in protecting the right of the injured employees, promoting further reform and economic development, and maintaining social harmony and stability.
