摘　　要：公文传播是人们利用传播途径、通过公文交流信息以期发生相应变化的活动。影响公文传播效果的制约因素主要有:传播主体、传播内容、传播技巧、媒介和受众等。结合传播效果理论,对公文传播效果制约因素做出分析探讨,并提出相应的对策,力求促进公文写作的发展,提高公文的传播效果和社会效用。Document dissemination refers that people exchange information with document through a certain route of dissemination,in order to expect a corresponding change in the activity.The main constraints of document dissemination are communication subject,dissemination contents,communication skills,media,and audience.Combined with the communication effects theory,this paper analyzes constraints of document dissemination effects,proposes appropriate countermeasures,with the hope of promoting the development of document writing,improving document dissemination effects and social utility.
