湖南省地方高校大学生心理健康现状调查及分析

摘　　要：通过采用症状自评量表SCL—90,随机抽取湖南6所地方高校2500名学生进行调查和分析。结果显示:湖南省地方高校大学生心理健康检出率为28.77%,其中强迫、抑郁、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖等是大学生存在的主要心理问题,且明显高于全国青年组SCL—90常模(P<0.01)。基于湖南省地方高校大学生心理健康现状,研究认为有针对性地加强大学生心理健康教育对提高大学生综合素质具有现实意义。The research adopted the self-valued syndromes sheet SCL-90. This survey chose six places＇ college students as samples in random. The result showed that the relevance ratio is 28. 77%. It included that obsession,depression,networking,anxiety,panic problems and so forth. Besides,this result is obviously higher than the domestic level,the SCL-90 model of teenagers within China（ P〈0. 01）. Owing to the current mental health situation of Hunan college students,we hold that it is really significant to improve college students＇ psychological education and quality.
