摘 要:放松是运动训练技术发挥的保障,也是影响运动水平发挥的重要因素之一,但目前对体育训练在放松活动上的认识存在不足。文章首先对训练后放松的益处和方法进行分析,为高考体育加试生提出合理的放松建议,帮助其提高高考成绩;通过实验观察,对放松活动在提高学生体能、预防运动损伤、预防运动疲劳方面的作用进行对比实验。实验结果表明,积极有效的放松对运动成绩的提高有显著作用,对伤病的恢复也有很大帮助。Relaxation is the protection of sports training technology,and it is also one of the important factors that affect the performance of sports,but at present,there is a lack of awareness of sports training in the relaxation activities. Firstly the paper analyzes benefits and methods to relax after training,put forward reasonable suggestions for sports students to relax after physical test,to help them improve the college entrance examination scores; and by experimental observations,and to conduct contrast test of relaxation activities in improving the students' physical fitness,sports injury prevention,and preventing exercise fatigue. Experimental results show that the active and effective relaxation has significantly improved the sports performances,has also been very helpful to the recovery of the injury.
