院外全程健康教育对宫颈癌根治术后性生活质量及家庭功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨院外全程健康教育对宫颈癌根治术后性生活质量及家庭功能的影响。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月我院收治的行宫颈癌根治术患者68例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予院外全程健康教育。对干预后2组患者的性生活质量及家庭功能进行比较。结果 1干预后观察组患者的性欲望、性兴奋、性高潮、阴道润滑、满意度及疼痛等性功能指标评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2干预后观察组患者每月性生活次数>5次的例数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。3干预后观察组患者的家庭亲密度及家庭适应性评分均明显高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行宫颈癌根治术患者实施院外全程健康教育,可明显提高其性生活质量,改善家庭功能,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of health education outside the hospital on quality of sexual life and family function in patients with cervical cancer after operation.Methods A total of 68 cases of cervical cancer patients after operation in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given health education outside the hospital.Quality of sexual life and family function after intervention in two groups were compared.Results 1Sexual desire,sexual arousal,orgasm,vaginal lubrication,satisfaction and pain of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.2Sexual life times（〉5）of patients in observation group was significantly more than that in control group（P〈0.05）.3The scores of cohesion and adaptability of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education outside the hospital for patients with cervical cancer after operation can enhance quality of sexual life and improve family function.It is worthy of clinical application.
