花椒属植物生物碱类成分及其药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：花椒属植物属芸香科灌木,全世界约有250种,分布于热带和亚热带地区。生物碱是该属植物的特征性成分,主要包括喹啉类,异喹啉类和酰胺类,具有抗肿瘤,抗炎,镇痛,抗病毒,抗血小板凝结,抗菌和抗氧化等活性。花椒属植物作为中药,广泛用于治疗牙痛,泌尿道感染,妇科疾病,疝气,腰痛,风湿病等疾病。该文对花椒属植物生物碱类化学成分和药理活性进行了归纳,以期对花椒属植物生物碱类成分的系统研究和应用提供参考。There are 250 species of Zanthoxylum（ Rutaceae） in the world. This genus distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. Alkaloids are the major and representative ingredients in these plants including quinolines,isoquinolines,and amide alkaloids,with such biological activities as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-virus,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-bacteria and antioxidant. These species have been used for a long time to treat toothache,urinary and venereal diseases,lumbago and rheumatism. This review summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities from the Z. sppplants,in an effort to the systematic research and application of the alkaloids of this genus.
