摘 要:学龄前残疾儿童是残疾人群体的重要组成部分,对学龄前残疾儿童实施运动康复干预,能促进他们能力的发展,并大大缓解家庭及社会压力。通过对相关文献的梳理,剖析国内、外学龄前残疾儿童运动康复的研究现状,归纳出我国学龄前残疾儿童运动康复开展过程中存在法律法规泛化、缺乏统筹协调、理论研究偏少、研究机构单一、社会支持碎片化等问题。深度审视这些问题,并结合我国国情以及学龄前残疾儿童的现实需要,提出未来学龄前残疾儿童运动康复发展的思路:1)走制度化和常态化的发展之路;2)建立"机构—社区—家庭"一体化康复平台;3)加强基础理论研究;4)推动适应体育学科建设及相关教材的编著;5)构筑新型社会支持体系。Preschool children with disabilities are the important part in the group of disabilities.For Preschool children with disabilities,sports rehabilitation intervention can promote the development of their ability and greatly alleviate the pressure of the society and family.By reviewing the related literature,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on status of preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation in China and foreign country,summarizes the following problems of sports rehabilitation for preschool children with disabilities in China:laws and regulations and generalization,lack of overall coordination,lack of theory research,single research institute and social support fragmentation.Looking at these problems in depth,and combined with China's national conditions and the reality needs of preschool children with disabilities,the future developmental ways of the preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation are put forward:1)on the path of institutionalization and normalization;2)institutionscommunity-family integrated rehabilitation platform;3)gradually strengthen basic theory research;4)promoting the construction of adapted physical activity and the compiling of related teaching material;5)constructing the social supporting systems.
