摘 要:目的:优化瓜蒌薤白滴丸的制备工艺。方法:以硬度、圆整度、拖尾、粘连四参数为优化指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化瓜蒌薤白滴丸的制备工艺。考察基质、药物与基质的比例、滴头直径及滴速对滴丸制备工艺的影响。结果:建立了二项式拟合方程,方程拟合度高。最佳工艺条件为:以PEG6000为基质,药物与基质的质量比为1∶2,滴头直径为2.0mm,滴速30滴/min。结论:Box-Behnken响应面法较好地优化了瓜蒌薤白滴丸的制备工艺,所得工艺稳定可靠,可为瓜蒌薤白滴丸的生产提供参考。OBJECTIVE To optimize preparation process of Gualou Xiebai drop pills.METHODS With hardness,spherical degree,tailing and adhesion of drop pills as optimizing indexes,four-factor Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to study preparation technology for Gualou Xiebai drop pills,effects on preparation process of base,proportion of extract and bases,diameter of dropping tip,and dropping speed.RESULTS Binomial fitting equation was established and fitted well.Optimum preparation conditions of Gualou Xiebai drop pills were as follows:PEG6000 as base,mass ratio of extract and base1∶2,caliber size of dripping faucet 2.0mm,and speed of droping 30 d·min-1.CONCLUSION Four-factor Box-Behnken design-response surface method is better for optimizing preparation processs of Gualou Xiebai drop pills.The technology is stable and reliable,can provide some references for production of Gualou Xiebai drop pills.
