摘 要:针对某型轿车后轴在做疲劳台架试验时扭杆发生断裂的问题,文中利用疲劳分析软件n Soft对后轴进行疲劳强度分析,从后轴的疲劳寿命云图中找出最易引起疲劳破坏的位置,分析扭杆断裂的原因并提出了解决方案:采用多材料组合设计的方式对后轴结构做适当调整。随后对改进后的后轴进行疲劳强度计算,并对比改进前后的分析结果,结果表明,改进后后轴的疲劳寿命明显提高。最后在疲劳台架进行试验验证,疲劳分析及试验结果均表明,改进后的后轴疲劳强度满足使用要求。The aim of this study was the fatigue fracture problem of the torsion bar of a car rear axle in the fatigue bench test.The fatigue strength analysis of the rear axle could be carried out with the fatigue analysis software n Soft. The regions of rear axle structure were prone to fatigue failure from the fatigue life nephogram of the rear axle. The reasons of the torsion bar fatigue fracture were revealed. An improvement was proposed that appropriate adjustment was proceeded with multi-materials combinational design.Then the calculation of fatigue strength was performed on the improved rear axle. The results showed that the fatigue life of the modified rear axles improved significantly through the comparison of the fatigue analysis results before and after the modification.At last the experimental verification has been conducted on the fatigue bench. Fatigue analysis and experiment result were all indicated that the fatigue strength of the rear axle could satisfy the requirement of application after the improvement.
