摘  要:针对系列产品的相似性特点,将参数化思想与有限元优化方法结合,提出了系列产品有限元快速优化设计方法。首先对系列产品设计参数进行分析归类,建立基于事物特性表的系列产品主模型,在此基础上,利用有限元参数化设计语言APDL开发系列产品有限元主文档。最后开发了系列化产品有限元快速优化设计系统,并以挖掘机斗齿系列化为例,快速派生斗齿有限元分析结果。实践表明该方法有效地提高了系列产品的研发效率。A rapid optimization design method for serialized products was put forward. according to the similarity characteristics of products series, combining of parameterized design technology and finite element optimization. At first, the design parameters of serialized products were analyzed, and then serialized products master model based on tabular layouts of article characteristics was built. Based on that, serialized products FEM main document was developed using ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL). At last, a rapid optimization design system for serialized products was developed, taking shovel tooth of excavator as an example. Finite element analysis results of the shovel tooth were derived quickly. The practice showed that the method could improve the efficiency of research and development of serialized products effectively.
