输血科复检入库成品血液ABO血型的必要性

摘　　要：目的复检供血者ABO血型,杜绝输血医疗事故发生,确保临床用血安全。方法使用微柱凝胶卡、微柱凝胶中性卡,复检从血站领入临床的成分血(红细胞悬液,血浆、血小板、冷沉淀)ABO血型。结果复检2008-2013年中心血站领入的红细胞悬液37 895 U,有12 U ABO血型正反与血袋血型标签血型不符,差错率0.031%。血浆、血小板、冷沉淀;46 591 U,有17 U反定型鉴定与血袋标签血型不符,差错率0.036%。结论血站发出的各种成分血,血型鉴定结果不是100%正确。把好输血安全质量关。根据卫生部《临床输血技术规范》相关管理规定。过期或其他须查证的情况的血液成分,无条件退回血站,不能用于临床输血治疗,确保临床用血安全。Objective Recheck donor＇ s ABO blood group,to prevent transfusion medical incidents and ensure blood safety for clinical using. Methods Use the box of anti-A,-B anti-micro gel cards,micro gel neutral card,recheck blood components from the blood bank bringing into the clinical use（ erythrocytes including plasma,platelets,cryoprecipitate）ABO blood type. Results Blood Center retest erythrocytes 37 895 U which is brought in during 2008- 2013,there are 12 U ABO positive and negative blood type does not match the blood bag label,the error rate is 0. 031%; Plasma,platelets,cryoprecipitate 46 591 U,17 U reverse typing identification does not match blood bag label,the error rate is 0. 036%. Conclusion Blood components and blood typing results sent by Blood Band are not 100% correct. The blood transfusion safety needs to be enhanced for safety of blood clinical using.
