“8·2”昆山中荣爆炸事故中无偿献血应急招募的实施

摘　　要：为了保证临床的急救用血和后期血小板的持续有效供应,本站第一时间启动了重大突发事件应急采供血预案,全力做好全血和血小板献血者的应急招募工作。通过上述应急无偿献血招募途径和血站人员的共同努力,"8·2"事故应急无偿献血招募采集工作顺利完成。数据显示,8月2-9日,本市共采集全血2 683人次,共728 280m L,机采血小板125人次,共127个治疗量。新增加团体预约13家单位,预计预约献血人数1 500人左右。验证了昆山市无偿献血应急预案的有效性、可行性和科学性。Objective To launch the emergency procedures for blood collection and supply,to strive to recruit whole blood and platelet donors for emergency donation,and to ensure a sustained and effective supply of blood and platelets for clinical first aid. Methods Through the joint efforts from both emergency blood donation and blood bank personnels,blood donors were recruited successfully following the ＂8·2＂accident. Results From August 2nd to August 9th,Kunshan city altogether collected blood 2 683 times at a total of 728 280 m L and platelets from 125 donors with a total of 127 treated volumes. Additional thirteen units,with a number of approximately 1 500 people,were expected to donate blood. Conclusion The validity,feasibility and scientific nature of the emergency plan to recruit unpaid blood donors was verified and confirmed in Kunshan.
