摘　　要：目的:本研究以冲突适应作为有效指标来测查不同戒断时相男性海洛因吸食者认知功能的恢复水平。方法:用字母Flanker任务对海洛因戒断1个月、6个月及1年的三个实验组和控制组各33名施测来探讨个体试次间调整(trial-to-trial adjustments)的反应时之差(即RT_((c I-i I)))的变化特点。结果:1四组被试RT(I)均显著长于RT(C),Flanker冲突效应(RT_((I-C)))没有组间差异;控制组RT_((c I))显著长于RT_((i I)),而1月组RT_((i I))显著长于RT_((c I)),进一步检验发现控制组的RT_((c I-i I))显著大于1月组和6月组。21月组和1年组在奖赏性药物渴求感上得分均显著高于6月组。结论:1海洛因戒断1年组经历冲突后能够调整认知资源和策略来更好地"适应"冲突。2戒断者对海洛因的渴求感在戒断期内持续存在,可能存在"埋伏"现象。Objective： To investigate the recovery level of cognitive function of heroin abstainers among different withdrawal phases and puts the＂adapt＂conflict as an effective indicator. Methods： Using the Flanker task with letters, this research examined the changing characteristics of＂adapt＂conflict in 99 male haroin abstainers during different withdrawal phases（withdrawal one month, six months and one year, 33 participants respectively） and control group（33 subjects）. Results： 1Analyses revealed main effect of congruent type on response time, in all groups, RTs（I） were significantly longer than RTs（C）. There was also a significant interactive effect between group and trial-to-trial adjustment, the further simple effect test found that significant main effect of trial-to-trial adjustment in control group and 1 month group. The trial-to-trial adjustments RT effect（c I-i I） differed significantly among the three heroin groups and controls. 2Reward drug craving feelings in both 1 month and 1 year group were significantly higher than that in 6 months group on. Moreover, depression score in 1 month group was markedly higher than that in 6 months and 1 year group. Conclusion： These findings suggest that after 1 year withdrawl of drug, the heroin abstainers can ajust their cognitive resources and strategies to cope with＂conflict＂, however, the heroin craving still persist during withdrawal period in heroin abstainers.
