摘 要:为提高列车辅助变流器可靠性、效率和功率密度,提出一种取消直流滤波环节的三相整流型高频链逆变器拓扑结构,通过采用三电平Boost变换器有效降低了整流电压峰值,并协调考虑损耗因素与全运行周期线路电压,确定了电压增益的优化取值空间,进而提出输入电压前馈补偿控制策略。进一步分析六脉波解调混合调制策略下系统的不同工作模式,提出一种有源箝位零电流软开关实现方法,并在全输入电压范围和全负载范围内对整个辅助变流器进行损耗分析,证明了该方法在效率提升方面的优势。最后仿真和实验进一步验证了理论分析的正确性。A three phase rectifier-type high frequency link inverter without dc-link filter was proposed to improve the reliability, efficiency and power density of the train auxiliary converter. The rectified output voltage peak was efficiently reduced by using a three-level boost converter, whose voltage gain was further optimized considering loss factors and line voltages during the whole operation period. Subsequently, the input voltage feed-forward compensation control strategy was proposed. In addition, based on the different operation modes of the system adopting a six-pulse-demodulation hybrid modulation strategy, a zero current soft switching method with active clamp was proposed. Further loss analysis of the system was implemented within the whole range of input voltages and loads, and its advantage in efficiency was proved. The correctness of the theory analysis was verified by simulation and experiment results.
