摘 要:低温电机是液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)潜液泵的核心部件,电机定子导液通道的优化设计及合理分布不但决定着LNG潜液泵低温电机的冷却效果,而且直接影响着LNG潜液泵的工作性能。该文对一台15k W的LNG泵低温电机导液通道的优化设计方法进行研究,首先基于传统齿联轭结构定子轭部磁势的计算思路,给出了方形定子铁心轭部磁势的计算方法;然后通过有限元仿真分析,重点讨论了方形定子削边距离和导液通道宽度对电机轭部磁势和气隙磁密的影响。文中分析得到了电机轭部磁势和气隙磁密等参数随定子导液通道尺寸的变化规律,为LNG潜液泵导液通道的优化设计提供参考。The cryogenic motor is the key component of asubmerged liquefied natural gas(LNG) pump, and the optimization design of stator flow ducts has a direct impact not only on the motor cooling performance, but the pump working performance. The design process of flow ducts of 15 k W submerged LNG pump cryogenic motor was studied. Based on the calculation idea of traditional teeth-yoke magnetic potential, the calculation method of square stator yoke magnetic potential was given, and then the impacts of stator edge distances and flow holes widths on motor yoke magnetic potential and air gap flux density were discussed by finite element analysis(FEA). The change rules of motor yoke magnetic potential and air gap flux density with different stator flow ducts were obtained, and they will provide reference for the design of submerged LNG pump cryogenic motor.
