瑞舒伐他汀对老年急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C反应蛋白和妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究瑞舒伐他汀对老年急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C反应蛋白和妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A水平的影响。方法将本院收治的80例老年急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为2组各40例。观察组患者接受瑞托伐他汀联合常规治疗,对照组患者接受阿托伐他汀联合常规治疗。比较2组患者的血脂水平、血清高敏C反应蛋白、妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A水平。结果治疗后,2组甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）明显升高（t=2.163~15.587,P〈0.05）,2组比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.1254~1.215,P〉0.05）;治疗后2、4、6和8周时,观察组血清高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、妊娠相关血浆蛋白A（PAPP-A）均明显低于对照组（t=9.573~14.643,P〈0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀能够降低血清CRP、PAPP-A含量。Objective To explore the influence of rosuvastatin on levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. Observation group received rosuvastatin combined with conventional therapy,while control group received atorvastatin combined with conventional therapy.Lipid levels and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A levels were compared. Results After treatment,levels of TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,and HDL-C was significantly higher than that before treatment in both groups（ t = 2. 163 ~ 15. 587,P 0. 05）,but there were no significant differences between two groups（ t = 0. 1254 ~ 1. 215,P 0. 05）. Then 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,hs-CRP and PAPP A levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ t = 9.573 ~ 14. 643,P 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can reduce serum hs-CRP,PAPP-A levels.
