摘　　要：本文提出了提高我国奶牛养殖效益的措施:1创新奶牛品种,加快良种化进程;2标准化适度规模养殖,规范化饲养管理;3深化饲草资源开发与加工调制,普及全价混合日粮;4贯彻"5个重要指标",强化科技支撑;5搞好疾病防治,降低疫病风险;6清洁生产,保护环境。The measures to improve the efficiency of dairy farming were： a. Innovation cow varieties, acceleration the process of improved variety; b. Standardization of moderate scale cultivation, normalization of raising management; c. Deepen the forage grass resources exploitation and processing, popularization complete feed. d. Implementation the ＂five key indices＂, strengthening scientific technical support. f. Prevention infectious diseases, reduction the risk of potential communicable disease outbreaks. g. Cleaner production, protection the environment.
