摘　　要：抑制素(Inhibin,INH)属于TGF-β家族,是一种由二硫键偶联的糖蛋白激素,主要来源于家畜的睾丸和卵巢,可抑制脑垂体FSH的分泌,但目前对抑制素的作用机理尚不明确,人们正对此进行着一系列研究。本文主要综述了抑制素目前的研究现状及临床应用进展。Inhibins are disulphide-linked dimeric glycoproteins belonging to the TGF-βsuperfamily.It mainly produced by the sex gland of animals such as testicles and ovarian.Inhibins exert a negative feedback effect in the regulation of FSH secretion. Inhibin-specific receptors have not yet been isolated or characterized,although recent progress has been made towards this goal. Progress on its research status and clinical application was reviewed in this article.
