奶牛子宫内膜炎主要致病菌的分离及药敏试验

摘　　要：本试验在甘肃武威地区某养牛场选择临床型子宫内膜炎患牛12头,采集子宫分泌物进行主要病原菌的分离鉴定,结果显示,该养牛场奶牛子宫内膜炎的致病菌主要为大肠埃希氏菌、无乳链球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌;对分离菌株的药敏试验表明,主要病原菌对诺氟沙星、头孢他啶、链霉素敏感,均对土霉素耐药。A total of 12 cows suffered from endometritis in Gansu Wuwei were selected and the pathogens were isolated and examined with smear Gram stain from the uterine secretions. A drug sensitive test was performed for Pathogenic bacteria.The results indicated that the main species of isolated bacteria were E.coli, B.cereus, Staphylococcus and S.dysgalactiae.The drug sensitivity test result showed that Streptomycin,Norfloxacin and Ceftazidime were sensitive against the isolated four pathogens and could be used as the preferred drugs for the treatment of cow endometritis in the cattle farm.
