摘　　要：2015版《建设工程造价咨询合同(示范文本)》即将颁布,这对于有效规范我国造价咨询行业的市场行为具有重要意义.通过分析服务范围、工作内容、权利义务、违约责任以及知识产权等,工程造价咨询服务比较关注的4项条款,有利于2015版《示范文本》的推行.研究表明2015版《示范文本》符合合同管理的发展趋势,可有效避免因约定不明产生的纠纷,对于造价咨询行业的进一步发展意义重大.Edition 2015 ＂construction cost consulting contract（ model text） ＂is about to be promulgated.It is very important to regulate effectively the market behavior of our country＇s cost consulting industry.Service area and content,right and duty,breach of contract responsibility and the intellectual property rights are four aspects of the comparison of engineering cost consultation service. The analysis of the above terms is conducive to the implementation of edition 2015 ＂model text ＂. Research shows that edition 2015 ＂model text＂fit the development trend of contract management. It can effectively avoid the disputes caused by the agreement and is of great significance for the further development of the cost consulting industry.
