外资银行在华竞争力分析——以法资银行为例

摘　　要：法资银行作为最早来华设立机构开展业务的外资银行之一,积极参与中国的金融市场业务,是中国建立多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,但是近几年其资产在中国银行业占比却呈现下滑趋势。文章通过格鲁夫"六力模型"分析了法资银行的在华竞争环境,并利用因子分析法和GE矩阵定量分析了法资银行的在华竞争力状况。结果表明,法资银行作为外资银行在华发展的代表,面临着客户基础薄弱、网点数量较少的弱势,但是却具有较高的利润创造能力、业务创新能力以及风险防范能力。且各法资银行具有各自较为明显的业务优势,可以形成互补,并作为一个整体为中国银行业的发展做出贡献。French banks are among foreign banks which established institutions in China quite early, actively de- veloping business in China＇ s financial market and have become one of the most important part of capital market in Chi- na. However, the ratio of French banks＇ asset to that of China＇ s banking industry falls gradually year after year. This article tries to analyze the competitive environment of French banks in China by Grove ＂Six-forces＂ model and study the their competitive situation quantitatively by factor analysis and GE Matrix. The results indicate that French banks are advantageous in profitability, innovation and risk management while they have neither scaled branches nor custom- ers. But French banks can serve each other as supplements in various business and can be well conducted to contribute to the China＇s banking industry development.
