摘　　要：以博士学位论文盲评的评阅数据为分析对象,通过研究评阅专家数量、评阅规则与论文评阅风险之间的关系,对评阅过程中可能存在的论文评阅风险进行了研究,并重点分析了评阅专家数量、评阅规则的变化对风险值的定量影响。Analyzing the data of blind review of doctoral dissertations,making a research of the relationship between the number of reviewing experts, reviewing rules and the risks in dissertationreviewing,the thesis studied the risks that might exist in the process of reviewing and analyzed the quantitative impact of the number of reviewing experts and the change of reviewing rules on the risk value.
