摘　　要：针对刮板输送机哑铃销在使用过程中频繁发生断裂的问题。在综合考虑了诸多学者研究成果的基础上,分别从结构、工艺两方面着手,对其进行改进设计,制成样件,并利用刮板输送机综合试验台对其进行加载试验,以强度和韧性作为评价参数,对其进行性能评价,强度满足要求,但韧性有待进一步提高。Dumbbell pin for scraper conveyor in using process of the frequent fracture problems. In consideration of a number of scholars on the basis of research results, respectively from two aspects of structure, process, to improve the design, make samples, and use the scraping machine integrated testbed for load test, the strength and toughness as evaluation parameters, performance evaluation, got the strength meet the requirements, but toughness remains to be further improve the conclusion.
