摘 要:介绍了一种磁轭采用叠片结构的线性振荡电动机。在基于Steinmetz方程的前提下,借助有限元分析方法模拟了电动机铁损在磁轭中的位置分布情况以及在随电流和频率的变化规律,并设计实验对模拟结果进行了验证,得到了较为一致的吻合度。同时,实验比较了实心磁轭式与叠片磁轭式电动机样机的铁损大小,结果表明,在高频工况下,具有叠片结构磁轭的线性振荡电动机对铁损具有明显的抑制效果。An improved prototype linear oscillatory motor( LOM) with laminated cores was presented.The distribution and quantity of iron loss were calculated by finite element analysis( FEA) based on the Steinmetz's equation. The FE predictions were validated by the designed experiments. A good agreement of predictions and experimental results was found for different frequencies and excitation currents. Furthermore,an experimental comparison between the laminated and solid cores was presented and discussed. It is demonstrated that the motor with laminated silicon cores has large advantages in reduction of iron loss to the one with solid soft pure iron cores at high frequency.
