摘 要:有机酚和卤代酚防霉剂具有相似的理化性质,有望实现在统一的前处理条件和仪器分析方法下同时测定。从检测对象、前处理条件、仪器分析方法等方面对现行皮革和纺织品中有机酚和卤代酚的检测方法进行了比较分析。总结了目前国内皮革、纺织品以及食品和水质分析中有机酚和卤代酚同时测定研究进展,包括液相色谱法、气相色谱法以及色谱-质谱联用法等,重点介绍了水蒸气蒸馏、超声提取、加速溶剂萃取、分散液相微萃取等前处理技术在相关检测中的应用。Organic phenol and halogenated phenols antiseptics have similar physical and chemical properties,which are expected to be simultaneously determined under unified pretreatment conditions and instrument analysis conditions. A comparative analysis has been made about the detection methods of organic phenol and the halogenated phenols in leather and textiles from the aspects of detecting object,pretreatment condition and instrument analysis method. The research progress on the simultaneous determination of organic phenol and halogen phenols in leather,textiles,food and water quality analysis was summarized,including liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and chromatographic- mass spectrometry,etc. Focusing on the application of water vapor distillation,ultrasonic extraction,solvent extraction and dispersive liquid- liquid phase microextraction pretreatment technique was accelerated in the related detection.
