摘  要:棕榈酸(PA)作为一种有机固-液相变材料,具有较高的相变焓、适宜的相变温度、较高的化学稳定性和良好的生物相容性等诸多优点。本文使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K90)作为基体材料,利用静电纺丝法制备出PA/PVP定形相变复合纤维;采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热分析仪和差示扫描量热等测试手段对该复合纤维的结构和相变性质进行了表征。结果表明,PA/PVP复合纤维的相变焓为87.98 J/g,表现出提高的热稳定性,能够在相变过程保持固态而无液体泄漏。Palmitic acid( PA),as an organic solid- liquid phase change material,has many advantages,such as high change phase enthalpy,suitable phase change temperature,good chemical stability and biocompatibility,and so on.Polyvinylpyrrolidone( PVP- K90) was used as a matrix to prepare the PA / PVP shape- stabilized phase change composite fibers by an electrospinning method. The structures and the phase change properties of the as- prepared PA / PVP composite fibers were characterized by the X- ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry analysis and other testing methods. The results showed that the composite fibers had a high phase change enthalpy of 87. 98 J / g and an improved thermal stability. Moreover,the PA / PVP composite could remain solid state during its phase change process without liquid leakage.
