摘  要:通过水热的方法合成了自组装空心NiO微球。并对它进行了XRD、TEM和SEM等手段进行了表征和分析。结果表明所合成的Ni O空心球的粒径较为均匀,平均粒径为3~5μm。采用循环伏安和恒电流充放电对合成的样品进行了电化学性能的测试,结果表明样品具有良好的可逆性,在电流密度为5 m A·cm^(-2)时的比电容可达到329 F·g^(-2);经过1000次后,其比电容仅下降了17%,表现出了较好的循环稳定性。The Ni O hollow microspheres was fabricated by a facile hydrothermal process. The structure and morphology were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM. The Ni O hollow spheres were uniform and the average size of the sample was 3 ~ 5 μm. Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge /discharge measurements. The results suggested that the Ni O hollow microspheres had good electrochemical reversibility and displayed superior capacitive performance with large capacitance. The specific capacitance was 329 F · g^(-1) at a current densities of 5 m A·cm^(-2). After 1000 cycles,the specific capacitance only decreased by 17%.
