摘　　要：药价虚高已成社会关注焦点,药品专利是药价虚高的重要致因,专利法在保护专利私权的同时,也应顾及药品消费者的利益,为此,需要专利法及其相关法律对药价虚高现象进行有效抑制。The drug prices infl ation has become a social focus, one important reason of which is the drug patent. Patent law should take the drug consumers＇ interests into consideration while protecting the private rights of patent. To deal with it, we shall effectively restrict drug prices inflation by patent and related laws.
