带式输送机启动系数的动力学计算

摘　　要：从防止带式输送机启动打滑入手,分析了双滚筒驱动的输送机牵引力和围包角分配关系;按单滚筒驱动不打滑和双滚筒驱动第二滚筒不打滑为原则,给出了单滚筒和双滚筒驱动的启动系数计算方法;给出了恒力自动拉紧装置安装在不同位置时输送带动张力的计算方法,通过工程实例计算了输送带动张力和启动系数,这样可确保输送机系统安全可靠运行。The paper starts with the prevention of belt conveyor start slipping, analyzes the traction and surrounding angle distribution of double roller driving conveyor, for smooth operation of single roller driving conveyor and the second roller of double roller driving conveyor, gives the calculation method for start coefficient of single roller driving conveyor and double roller driving conveyor, and the calculation method with automatic tensioning device installed in different position, and calculate the dynamic tension and start coefficient based on engineering practice, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the conveyor system.
