摘 要:针对东沟煤矿2202工作面运输巷原"锚杆+锚索+钢筋梯子梁+锚网"联合支护不能有效提高巷道破碎顶板下位岩层的刚度,支护效果不明显等问题,分析了巷道变形破坏特征及原因,通过现场观测、块体力学分析和FLAC3D模拟计算等手段对支护控制技术进行系统研究,提出采用"锚网索+注浆锚杆"的联合支护方式,提高了岩体结构面的黏结力,改善了破碎围岩的力学特性,有效解决了破碎顶板大断面煤层巷道大变形的问题,可为类似地质工程条件支护技术提供参考。Aiming at the ineffectiveness of "bolt + cable + rebar ladder beam + mesh" support in 2202 working face transportation roadway of Donggou Coal Mine, the paper analyzed the deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of coal roadway with broken roof, and proposed a combined support scheme with "bolt -mesh -cable + grouted bolt", through systematic research including field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation. The cohesion of rock mass discontinuity was enhanced and the mechanical characteristics of the broken surrounding rock were improved. According to engineering application, the large deformation of broken roof large section coal roadway can be effectively controlled using the proposed scheme.
