摘  要:针对综掘工作面的特点,应用"欧拉-欧拉法与欧拉-拉格朗日法"的组合法建立的k-ε-Θ-kp数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对综掘面压抽混合式通风方式下的风-粉扩散规律进行了数值模拟,并结合数值模拟结果,引入风幕封闭控尘技术,研发了高化学除尘剂、风幕控尘及抽尘净化装置,优化设计了综掘机外喷雾降尘装置,优选了高效雾化喷嘴,最终构建了基于风幕封闭的综掘面综合控除尘系统,并在辛置煤矿二采区轨道综掘工作面现场进行了应用,经测定工人作业区域全尘和呼尘平均降尘率达到94.8%和93.9%。According to the characteristics of fully - mechanized tunneling face, this paper established k-ε-Θ-kp mathematic model to solve two - phase flow of gas and particles in dust space with Eulerian - Eulerian method and Eulerian - Lagrangian method. Numerical simulation of gas - particle two - phase flow was carried out with FLUENT. According to simulation results, dust control technology with enclosed air curtain was introduced. A comprehensive dust control and remove system based on enclosed air curtain was established for fully - mechanized tunneling face, with the development of high- efficiency chemical dedusting agent, air curtain dust control and removing device, improvement of road header spray and aspirating device, optimization of atomizing nozzle. The system was applied in rail fully - mechanized tunneling face in No. 2 mining district of Xinzhi Coal Mine, and the average dustproof rate of full dust and respirable dust in humane operating area was up to 94. 8% and 93.9%.
