摘  要:为研究时间压力与车载信息终端操作绩效的关系,在激活理论的基础上提出了研究假设,并采用组内实验设计的方法,选取信息录入作为基本任务,探究5个时间压力水平下乘员作业绩效的变化规律.实验结果表明:时间压力对操作绩效有显著影响,中等时间压力水平下的绩效水平较高,趋势基本符合实验假设.研究结果可为乘员组训的时间压力设定提供一定的参考.In order to explore the relationship between the time pressure and the operation performance of using a vehicle information terminal,some research hypotheses were put forward based on the activation theory and the method of an in-group experimental design was used. After selecting the information input as a basic task,the change rules in operating performance of the users were explored on five levels of the time pressure. The experimental results showed that the time pressure had a significant influence on the user' s operating performance,and that a higher level in performance occurred at a medium level of the time pressure. The trend of the change was in accord with the experimental hypothesis. The research results could provide a reference for the crew training to set the levels of the time pressure.
