摘  要:基于GT-Suite软件建立了某超重型多轴驱动特种车动力传动系统的非归一化多分支扭振力学模型.仿真分析了车辆在驻车变速箱空挡、驻车分动器空挡和车辆行驶3种工况下的扭转固有模态;通过试验获得了以上3种工况下系统的扭转固有模态.对比驻车变速箱空挡工况与驻车分动器工况可知,在联轴器隔振效果较好的情况下,变速箱对发动机的扭振特性影响不大.固有频率在驻车工况和行车工况下会发生偏移,因此,车辆设计时需要同时考虑两种工况.A non-normalization branch-structure torsional-vibration mechanical model was built in GTSuite for its powertrain of an ultra heavy-duty multi-axle-drive special vehicle. The torsional natural modes of the vehicle were simulated under such 3 conditions as its gearbox in neutral while parking,its transfer case in neutral while parking,and the vehicle driving respectively. Simultaneously,the 3 modes were also tested in the same conditions. The results of comparing the gearbox neutral with the transfer case neutral under the parking condition showed that the gearbox has little influence on the torsional vibration characteristics of the engine,if the coupling had a good effect on vibration isolation. The natural frequency of the vehicle would fluctuate in the parking and driving conditions. In vehicle design,two cases should be considered simultaneously.
