摘　　要：文章研究了7种添加剂对杂交狼尾草厌氧发酵制沼气的影响。在中温(35℃),TS质量分数6%,VS接种率20%,初始pH值7.5条件下,探讨了不同添加剂对杂交狼尾草厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。结果表明,除活性炭对杂交狼尾草厌氧发酵具有一定的抑制作用外,其余添加剂均显示了较好的促产气性能。各添加剂的最优添加量分别为:FeCl20.5 mg·L^(-1)d^(-1),Co Cl_20.1 mg·L^(-1)d^(-1),NiCl_20.4 mg·L^(-1)d^(-1),酵母提取物为1.0 g·L^(-1),纤维素酶(1500 U·g^(-1))10 g·L^(-1),吐温20(0.01%)0.25 g·L^(-1)。甲烷产量提高比例最大值达到27.36%。To study the effect of different additives on biogas production of hybrid pennisetum,a simulation experiment was conducted for 30 days at 35℃ with total solid（ TS） content being 6%,inoculation rate being 20% and the initial pH being7. 5. The seven additives,including FeCl2,CoCl2,NiCl2,yeast extract,cellolase（ 1500 U·g-1）,tween 20（ 0. 01%）,and activated carbon,were adopted and added to the reactors separately. The result showed that except the activated carbon showed an inhibition to the anaerobic fermentation,the other additives all increased the biogas production. the best adding were： FeCl20. 5 mg·L-1d-1,CoCl_20. 1 mg·L-1d-1,NiCl_20. 4 mg·L-1 d-1,yeast extract 1. 0 g·L-1,cellolase（ 1500 U·g-1） 10 g·L-1and tween 20（ 0. 01%） 0. 25 g·L-1respectively. The maximum increasing rate for methane yield was 27.36%.
