摘 要:要实现农作物秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的规模化、可持续利用,就需要考虑秸秆的储藏问题。试验比较了新鲜、堆沤、冷藏和风干不同储藏处理的玉米秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气效果。结果表明,四组样品中,堆沤处理的产气效果最好,TS产气率和甲烷产率比鲜样分别提高了22.02%和25.33%,风干样产气效果和鲜样基本一致,冷藏处理的产气效果最差,TS产气量和产甲烷量比鲜样下降了22.37%和26.60%。说明玉米秸秆的储藏方式会对厌氧发酵产沼气的效果产生影响。For massive and sustainable utilization of crop straw in anaerobic fermentation,the effect of different straw storage methods should be considered. The biogas production efficiency of different stored maize straw,including fresh,stack retting,drying,and cold storage,were compared. The results showed that: the biogas-production efficiency of stack retted sample was the best with the gas production rate increased by 22. 02% and methane yield increased by 25. 33% respectively comparing with that of the fresh sample. The biogas-production efficiency of dried sample was almost the same as the fresh sample. The biogas production efficiency of cold stored straw sample was the lowest with the biogas production rate decreased by 22. 37% and methane yields decreased by 26. 60% comparing with that of the fresh sample. So,the biogas production could be affected by the straw storage method.
