摘  要:2,2,3-三甲基丁烷(triptane)为高辛烷值航空汽油的理想调和组分,但其制备难度较大。本文以甲醇为原料,碘化锌为催化剂,异丙醇或其与次磷酸的混合物为反应促进剂合成triptane。通过正交实验法得出最佳反应条件为:甲醇与碘化锌物质的量比2:1,200℃,反应时间为2h。在上述条件下,无促进剂时triptane收率为12.38%(以投入的甲醇碳摩尔数计),异丙醇(w=12%)为促进剂时triptane收率为26.53%,使用异丙醇(w=12%)和次磷酸(w=7.4%)复配促进剂时triptane的收率达45.41%。Triptane(2,2,3-trimethylbutane) is an ideal blending component of high octane number aviation gasoline, but it is difficult to be prepared. In this paper, triptane was synthesized by using methanol as feedstock, zinc iodide as catalyst, and isopropanol or its mixture with hypophosphorous acid as reaction initiator. The optimal conditions for the reaction were determined by orthogonal experiment method as follows: methanol/zinc iodide mole ratio of 2:1, 200℃, and reaction time of 2 hours. Under above conditions, the yield of triptane was 12.38% for no initiator, 26.53% for isopropanol initiator of 12% by mass, and 45.41% for the mixtured initiator of isopropanol(12% by mass) and hypophosphorous acid(7.4% by mass).
