摘　　要：目的调查EB病毒VCA-IgA、EA-IgA和Rta-IgG在福州体检人群中的分布规律。方法采用ELISA法检测2010年8月至2014年9月13433例体检者血清VCA-IgA、EA-IgA和Rta-IgG,统计其阳性率及不同性别、年龄组的区别,采用圆分布资料平均角假设检验分析阳性检出集中趋势。结果福州地区体检人群血清VCA-IgA、EA-IgA和Rta-IgG阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),但三者的性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三者阳性率及VCA-IgA临界百分率随着年龄的增长而生高,>60岁年龄组阳性率明显增高(P<0.05),而EA-IgA临界率则随着年龄的增长而降低;VCA-IgA、EA-IgA和Rta-IgG无显著集中趋势(P>0.05)。结论中老年人应联合检测VCA-IgA、EA-IgA和Rta-IgG三项指标并定期复查,以利于鼻咽癌高危人群早期发现。Objective To investigate the distribution of EB Virus VCA-IgA, EA-IgA and Rta-IgG among the physical examination population of Fuzhou area. Methods Enzyme- linked immune sorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the serum levels of EB Virus VCA-IgA, EA-IgA and Rta-IgG in the 13433 physical examination people in Fuzhou. The positive rates and the difference between the gender and age were analyzed. Results There was significantly difference between the positive rate of VCA-IgA, EA-IgA and Rta-IgG （P 〈 0. 001 ）, but there were no significant gender differences among them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive rates of three EB virus and the critical rate of VCA-IgA increased with the ages（P 〈0.001 ）, and they were significantly higher in the age of more than 60 group than in that of other groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The lower critical rate of EA-IgA was decreased as the increases of the ages. There was no significant central tendency on the VCA- IgA, EA- IgA and Rta-IgG positive in all age people （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined detection of EB Virus VCA-IgA, EA- IgA and Rta-IgG should be carried out regularly in all age groups, especially in the age of more than 60 in the Fuzhou district, and it may be beneficial for nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） screening and early diagnosis in high risk population.
