核素敷贴联合复方氟米松软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨90Sr-90Y皮肤敷贴联合复方氟米松软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将60例经我科明确诊断的局限性神经性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组运用90Sr-90Y皮肤敷贴分次小剂量法进行外治疗,同时给予复方氟米松软膏外部涂擦。90Sr-90Y剂量方案:每次给予2.5Gy左右,每天一次,连续治疗10天。根据年龄、病变程度及病程长短适当增减剂量;复方氟米松软膏:每天两次,早晚各一次,连续用药两周。对照组单独运用90Sr-90Y皮肤敷贴治疗治疗,剂量方案同治疗组。观察并记录疗效,6周后观察治疗效果。结果治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论90Sr-90Y皮肤敷贴外治疗联合复方氟米松软膏治疗顽固性局限性神经性皮炎疗效理想、确切,且方法简便、易操作、无痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of Compound flumetasone ointment with 90^Sr-90^Y skin applicator on neurodermatitis. Methods 60 cases of diagnosed patients with local neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with 90^Sr-90^Y skin applicator fractionated in small doses, meanwhile applied Compound flumetasone ointment externally.90^Sr-90^Y dosage in patient was given about 2.5Gy per day and continued for 10 days in one course（dosage adjusted based on the age, severity and the course of illness）. The Compound flumetasone ointment was applied twice a day in the morning and at night and continued for two weeks in one course. The patients in control group were treated only with 90^Sr-90^Y skin applicator with same dosage as treatment group. The efficacy was observed and recorded after six weeks. Results The efficacy in treatment group after six weeks was 90%, while only 66.7% in control group. There was significantly difference on treatment efficacy between two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined treatment of Compound flumetasone ointment with 90^Sr-90^Y skin applicator on neurodermatitis is worthy recommend due to its curative and effect and reliability, along with its easy operation and painlessness.
