摘  要:硫酸锰主要由锰矿石经硫酸浸取制备,在浸取过程中,矿石中的有害杂质元素会随着锰的浸取一同进入到溶液中,从而对硫酸锰的电解及后续其它产品的制备产生不利影响。先对硫酸锰溶液中主要杂质元素的去除方法进行了综述,并重点评述了铁、铝、钙、镁、钾、钠、重金属等杂质的净化方法,然后对硫酸锰溶液的深度净化和高纯硫酸锰的制备方法进行了阐述,最后对不同杂质种类及含量的硫酸锰溶液除杂方法进行了分析探讨。The manganese sulfate is prepared by sulfuric acid leaching of manganese ore stone, during the leaching process, the detrimental impurities in ore shall enter into the solution along with manganese leaching, causing an adverse impact on the manganese sulfate electrolysis and the subsequent product preparation, The removal method of the major impurity elements in manganese sulfate solution is sum- marized, and emphasize on the purification method of iron, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, heavy metals and the oth- er impurities; the deep purification of manganese sulfate solution, as well as the preparation method of high - purity manganese sulfate is stated, finally analysis and discussion on the purification method of manganese sulfate solution with the different impurity type and content.
