摘　　要：通过对影响海绵镉品位的各种因素的分析找出症结,并对此采取相应的处理措施。经过一系列工艺技术条件的优化及设备改造,提高了海绵镉的品位,生产出品位80%以上的镉饼,为精镉火法冶炼创造了条件,实现了企业的镉的清洁生产。This thesis aims to increase the grade of sponge cadmium, to produce germanium cake that the grade above 80%, to meet the process requirements of refined cadmium pyrogenic process. Each factor that affect sponge cadmium grade are analyzed to find out the crucial reason, and the corresponding treatment measures are adopted. The sponge cadmium grade is increased through a series technolo- gies conditions optimization and equipment upgrading, The cadmium cake that the grade above 80% is produced, which create the condi- tions for pure cadmium pyrometallurgy, and realize the cadmium cleaner production.
