摘 要:针对传统的银电解工艺在电解过程当中产生杂质铜难以去除和在高电流密度下银电解工艺需解决等问题,结合无铜离子在银电解过程中的作用机制和高电流密度下银电解特点研发出一种新型的电解法生产高纯银,即无铜离子高电流密度银电解集成技术,试验结果表明:电解体系中无铜离子,通过添加KNO3和K2SO4试剂,并采用高电流密度进行电解,可以明显改善电解液的导电性能和银粉的析出性能。There are many preparation technologies of high purity silver, the silver electrolysis process is the most commonly used method in production practices; in the traditional silver electrolysis process, there are some problems need to settle, such as the impuri- ty copper generated from the electrolysis process is hard to remove, and the problems in the silver electrolysis process under the high current densities, combining with the functional mechanism of no copper ion in the electrolysis process and the silver electrolysis features under the high current density, a new type electrolysis method is developed to produce high purity silver, that is no copper ion high current density sil- ver electrolysis integrated technology, the test results show: there is no copper ion in the electrolysis system, adding KNO3 and K2 SO4 rea- gent, and adopting high current denisty to electrolysis, which can improve the conductivity of electrolyte and the precipitation performance of silver powder obviously.
