含砷土壤试样中磷的测定

摘　　要：《土壤总磷的测定》(HJ632-2011)^([1])中,该方法在测定磷含量时未提及砷的干扰。利用砷在五价时与钼酸盐反应,但在三价时不干扰测定的特点,通过加入硫代硫酸钠还原砷的试验,明确了该方法对消除砷干扰的有效性,并对试验结果进行讨论。In Soil Determination of Total Phosphorus （HJ632 -2011 ）[1], which is one of the state environmental protection standards of the People＇S Republic of China, the arsenic distraction in the phosphorus content detection is not mentioned. The pentavalent ar- senic reacted with molybdate, but the trivalent arsenic shall not disturb the determination, according to this feature, we did the test that adding the sodium thiosulfate to reduct arsenic, it defines this method can effectively eliminate the arsenic interference, and the test results are discussed.
