摘　　要：高校社团作为一种"环境"的存在,在大学生思想政治教育中起着引导、凝聚、激励和提升的重要功能,而加强高校社团相关制度保障、社团干部的培养、社团指导教师的配备,则是进一步发挥高校社团在思想政治教育环境载体功能的当务之急。Colleges Community as an＂environmental＂,plays an important guiding function,coagulation,incentive and promotion in the ideological and political education,and strengthen the relevant system guarantee,strengthen the training of community,community cadres to strengthen community guidance teachers is to further play apressing matter of the moment of university organizations in Ideological and political the central function of education.
