地方院校大学生校园归属感实证性考察——以A学院为例

摘　　要：大学生校园归属感能够促进大学生积极健康成长,对大学自身发展也发挥着重要作用。通过调查发现,作为一个欠发达地区的地方院校,A学院在校大学生在总体上有相对强的校园归属感和校园责任感,大部分学生能够把自己看成学校的一员,愿意为学校的发展贡献自己的力量和责任。但校园归属感还有很大的提升空间,特别是校园满意度不高影响着大学生的校园归属感,因此应加大校园软硬件设施特别是校园人文关怀建设的力度,来增强大学生的校园归属感。college campus belonging to promote the healthy growth of college students actively,the universities own development also plays an important role.Through the survey found that as a local colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas,anshun college campus of college students sense of belonging and stronger sense of responsibility,on the whole,most of the students to think of yourself as a member of the school,is willing to contribute their strength for the development of school and responsibility.But the campus belonging to much room for improvement,especially affects the student to campus belonging campus satisfaction is not high,so should step up efforts on campus hardware and software facilities,especially the construction of campus humanities concern,to enhance the campus of college students sense of belonging.
