可转位刀具典型磨损形式的研究

摘　　要：本文分析了国内外典型的涂层硬质合金可转位刀片在加工时的磨损过程,考察了典型刀具磨损的规律,进行了大量的切削实践活动,最终获得了几种典型磨损的数据。This paper analyzes the typical wear process of coated carbide indexable inserts at home and abroad. And it also examines the wear rule of the typical cutting tool. Based on the cutting practices,the typical wear data are obtained of the carbide blade.
