农村老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解吉安市农村老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力。方法采用目的性抽样法选取13例井冈山大学附属医院内分泌科收治的农村糖尿病老年住院患者进行深入访谈,了解其自我管理体验,运用类属法归纳主题。结果共提炼出3个主题:糖尿病相关知识的缺乏;无法改变现有的生活习惯;家庭社会支持及卫生条件的影响。结论医护人员应帮助农村老年糖尿病患者提高自我管理意识,做好知识普及工作,自我管理需要来自于家庭、社会的理解、支持与帮助。Objective： To understand the self-management ability of Ji＇an rural elderly of diabetes. Methods： Using purposive sampling method to select 13 cases rural elderly patients with diabetes of Jinggangshan university affiliated hospital endocrinology for interviews, understand the self management experience by applying the method of generic theme. Results： A total of extract three themes： The lack of related knowledge of diabetes; Unable to change the habits; The influence of family social support and health condition. Conclusions： Health care workers should assist the rural elderly diabetes to enhance self-management awareness and do a good job of literacy. Self management needs the family, society＇s understanding, support and help.
