扩张型心肌病合并右心衰竭患者的循证护理

摘　　要：目的探讨扩张型心肌病合并右心衰竭患者的循证护理措施。方法采用随机数字表法将48例扩张型心肌病合并右心衰竭患者随机分为观察组24例和对照组24例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理。比较二组患者住院天数、再住院率、满意度以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的得分。结果观察组患者平均住院时间、再住院率、满意度分别为(18.3±3.2)d、12.5%、91.7%,对照组分别为(21.4±3.6)d、41.67%、66.7%,二组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前二组患者SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施循证护理后观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用循证护理的方法来护理扩张型心肌病并发右心衰竭患者对预防扩张型心肌病合并右心衰竭患者病情的加重、复发有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dilated cardiomyopathy with right heart failure in patients with evidence-based care measures.Methods With a random number table,48 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy with right heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in the observation group and the control group,respectively.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The hospitalized for several days,readmission rates,satisfaction and anxiety scale（SAS）,Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）score were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There were patients with an average length of stay,readmission rates,satisfaction were（18.3±3.2）d,12.5%,91.7%,the control group were（21.4±3.6）d,41.67%,66.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients before nursing intervention SAS score,SDS scores,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;after the implementation of evidence-based care of patients in the observation group SAS score,SDS scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and right heart failure patients has important significance on preventing disease worsens and recurrence.
